Student On Placement Requests

Learn from the best! Benefit from hands-on experience in a safe and considerate environment. Want to be challenged with interesting work that connects with your course learnings? Come along and be a part of the team. Please fill out the form below to begin the process.

Prospective Students on Placement Must:

  • Download and complete the Student on Placement Application Form
  • Provide a current Vulnerable Sector Screening no more than 1 year old
  • Provide Cover Letter, and resume indicating your interest in completing your placement at Yellow Brick House
  • Provide Placement Information and Documentation
  • Academic Contact information including: name, number, and email address

Please email the completed Student on Placement Application form and documents to gayas@yellowbrickhouse.org. Please use the following Subject Line: Student on Placement – First Name, Last Name

⚠️If you were a former client, you must wait a minimum of 2 years from your last date of service to become a placement student.

Student on Placement positions are limited and are not guaranteed, please allow 6 weeks minimum to complete the recruitment process.
